The work has involved costs to develop the software, bring it to the Microsoft Store, establish the nonprofit, and build the website. Having no sales or donations does not mean those expenses were zero.
What is available without paying
Our online recovery guides, research explainers, and resource directory are available without a purchase or donation. If you cannot afford PAi software, contact us to request free access.
Software fees and voluntary donations
Software downloads are free. Standard PAi Claims access charges for creating claims; the first PAi Legal case is free and additional case creation is paid. See the pricing page for published terms. Required software payments are purchases, separate from voluntary donations.
Donations support the disaster-recovery work described on our programs page, including resources, software development, and outreach. Donations are handled through the secure Zeffy link on our donation page. No donation is required to read our resources or request assistance.
