After a storm, a fire, or a flood, most families face an insurance estimate they have no way to check. We develop tools to help people organize the evidence and compare estimates, alongside free online research and recovery resources.
Donate money, equipment, or property
The New Faith Church and Co-op Inc. welcomes gifts that support our programs. You can give money through Zeffy or contact us about donating vehicles, computers, tools, household goods, land, or other property.
Computers and electronics
Desktops, laptops, servers, monitors, networking equipment, phones, and tablets in working or repairable condition. Contact us to discuss equipment condition and storage-device handling.
Tools and equipment
Hand and power tools, shop equipment, generators, compressors, ladders, and usable building materials.
Land and real property
Vacant land, lots, and buildings. Acceptance depends on review of the property, title, and associated obligations.
Household goods
Usable furniture and working appliances. Send a description and photographs so we can confirm whether we can accept them.
Money and business gifts
Support the work with a financial contribution through our existing Zeffy donation form, or contact us about a business donation.
Ask about free pickup
Free pickup is available within our service area by arrangement. Tell us what you have, your location, its condition, and whether it needs collecting. We will confirm acceptance and pickup availability before you make arrangements.
Acknowledgment of your gift
We provide a written acknowledgment for accepted donations. For property donations, we describe what we received without assigning a value. Please consult your tax advisor about valuation and any forms or appraisal requirements.
Items we cannot accept
Please do not bring hazardous materials, CRT televisions or monitors, mattresses, contaminated items, or items damaged beyond repair. Contact us first about any property with liens, title issues, or unpaid taxes.
How donated items help
Accepted items may be used in our programs, refurbished, sold to support the work, or recycled as appropriate.

Donations are processed by Zeffy. Follow Zeffy’s confirmation and receipt instructions after donating.
Donate moneyDonations are voluntary and separate from software purchases. You do not need to donate to use the resources or software.
Free access when cost is a barrier
People who cannot afford PAi software can contact us to request free access. Standard paid access and optional services are explained on the pricing page.

- OutreachReaching families through disaster relief and voluntary agency channels, before they sign a low offer.
We have incurred costs developing the software, bringing it to the Microsoft Store, establishing the nonprofit, and building the website. We have not yet received software sales or donations. Read our funding update.
