Help with software access

Cost should not stop you from asking for help.

If you cannot afford PAi Claims or PAi Legal, contact The New Faith Church and Co-op to request free software access.

What to include

• The name you would like us to use and an email address where we can reply.
• Whether you need PAi Claims, PAi Legal, or help identifying the right tool.
• A brief description of the documentation or case-organization work you need help with.

You do not need to send policy numbers, bank statements, identification documents, medical records, or your full claim file in the first email. See our privacy policy before sharing personal information.

How the request works

Requests start through direct contact with our team. We will discuss the software access you need and the next steps with you. Sending an email does not automatically activate the software. You do not need to make a donation to ask for assistance.

Free help you can use right now

Our research explainers, denied-claim guide, and recovery resource directory are available without a purchase, donation, or access request.

For standard paid access, see pricing and continued access. Optional external AI services have their own terms and may charge separately.

When you need another kind of help

Software access does not provide legal representation, emergency services, or payment of an insurance claim. Our professional-help directory points to legal and licensed assistance. If a court or insurance deadline is approaching, seek qualified help promptly rather than waiting for a software-support reply.
