The New Faith Church and Co-op, Inc. · Practical property-claim tools and free recovery information

For homeowners reviewing a property claim

Compare the carrier estimate with the damage you documented.

PAi Claims keeps photographs, documents, repair scope, quantities and pricing connected in one private-first Windows workspace—so differences remain visible and can be investigated.

Your evidence firstDevelop the claim record from photographs, documents, measurements and supported repair work.
Separate positionsKeep the carrier estimate as a position to compare instead of silently replacing your independent record.
Sources stay attachedPreserve where important facts, quantities and prices came from as the claim develops.

The practical problem

A total alone does not explain the difference.

Two estimates can reach different totals because they describe different work, use different quantities, apply different prices or handle depreciation and payments differently. PAi Claims helps separate those questions instead of treating the disagreement as one unexplained number.

A flagged difference is not proof that coverage exists or that an insurer must pay it. It is a specific issue to verify against the policy, evidence and appropriate professional guidance.

Homeowners reviewing a property insurance estimate with damage photographs and claim documents

Four-step comparison workflow

Turn scattered records into reviewable questions.

Add the source records

Bring in photographs, policies, measurements, estimates, invoices, receipts and correspondence.

Build the independent scope

Connect observed damage to repair methods, quantities, materials, labor, equipment and pricing.

Import the carrier estimate

Preserve it as a separate position with its own scope, quantities, prices, depreciation and totals.

Review the differences

Investigate omissions, mismatched quantities, pricing differences and items that still need support.

What to compare

Review the components—not only the bottom line.

AreaQuestion to investigateUseful support
Repair scopeDoes each damaged component have a supported repair or replacement method?Photographs, inspection notes, contractor scope, product instructions

Materials and laborAre the specified materials, labor operations and equipment appropriate to the supported scope?Supplier prices, contractor quotes, invoices, regional references

Questions before downloading

Clear limits and privacy choices.

Can PAi Claims tell me whether the carrier estimate is wrong?

PAi Claims helps compare damage records, repair scope, quantities and pricing. A difference is something to investigate and support. The software does not decide coverage, liability or what an insurer must pay.

Do I have to upload the claim to a PAi cloud account?

PAi Claims keeps case workspaces in ordinary folders on the Windows computer or storage location you choose. If you select an optional external AI provider, information you submit to that provider leaves your device and is handled under its terms.

Does PAi Claims replace a contractor, public adjuster or attorney?

No. PAi Claims is software for organizing, estimating and analyzing claim records. It is not an insurer, public adjuster, law firm or substitute for licensed professional advice.
